Often I play in a 3/6/12 game, this is a very common limit. The spread limit of 6 or 12 is on the river only. I'm wondering what type of adjustments should be made because of the spread limit on the end bet? Does anyone here play in such a game? Ninety five percent of the time the game is loose/passive with 5-7 people seeing the flop!
The one thing that I have noticed is that the implied odds increase becuase of the larger end bets versus a standard 3/6. If I have even money pot odds on a draw at the turn I may be more inclined to continue the draw if I'm drawing to the nuts or close to the nuts and think that there may be good action on the river. This seems to be a drawing game. Thoughts? |
