2 months ago or so i entered a 40 buy in 7 card tourney and placed 3rd for 700 i have placed often in the weak part of the money otherwise or missing it early trying to get big stacked for the weak players raising...anyhow tonight i just entered a multi 10,000 guaranteed 700 entered and i placed 6th 600 and change..
exciting stuff let me tell ya ..but i would like to talk about what went wrong..the blind were enourmous 15000 and i was getting alot of ks345 and qS345 and a low kicker suited ACE now and then ..which of these is best to play at these stAKES..the ace suited low kicker came in early position ..i often folded these 7 or 8 handed but the k and q suited were in pots raised double or triple the blind called by one ahead of me ..do i call here with 75,ooo chips or fold like i did and get blinded out to leave in a wimper with 23 25 and 83 |

I would play the ace suited low kicker - although not ideal, the ace will be the highest card and if two of you ended up with a flush that might be invaluable.
I'd personally be looking for better hands, pocket pairs or higher suited cards, but if that's all thats coming in then I'd take the Ace. |
